Delete Your TryOn Account & Data

You can request to delete your TryOn account and all associated data at any time.

Steps

1. Send an email to help@tryonapp.online using the same email address you used to create your TryOn account.
2. Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. We will verify your email and delete your account, images, and data within 7 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

• Your TryOn account (email identity)
• Your saved images and creations
• Your coin balance and subscription history

What we may retain temporarily

• Transaction records (for refunds/tax) — retained for 30 days as required by law.
• Security logs — retained up to 30 days for abuse prevention.
